Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services or website. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

CPP Solutions LLC offers printer maintenance, repair, inventory control, and managed print services. All services are subject to availability and the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Appointments & Service Scheduling

Service appointments can be booked online or by contacting our office. You are responsible for ensuring access to the equipment during the scheduled time. Missed appointments without prior notice may incur a rescheduling fee.

3. Pricing and Payment

All service costs will be communicated in advance. Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers, checks and digital wallets. For Managed Print Services, ongoing fees are billed monthly or as agreed in the service agreement.

4. Warranties and Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality services but make no guarantees about the functionality of third-party equipment or software. We are not liable for:

  • Any damage resulting from misuse or third-party interference
  • Loss of data during servicing unless caused by our gross negligence

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the circumstances and service completion status.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of CPP Solutions LLC and may not be used without permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts.
